P/N 7419385 LH, 7419393 RH
The black door trims were originally made from expanded polyurethane foam with a leather like skin. Over time, they distorted and became brittle.
The Club has developed new trims which are made by vacuum moulding. The material is ABS with a soft touch polyurethane surface. The outer contour is NC milled and the holes are pre-drilled.
The appearance is close to the original but the new trims differ from the original:
- The thickness is 4 mm and they shall be fitted with a 4 mm spacer which is included
- The original trim is 3 mm thicker at the lower edge
- The shape at the trailing edge is smoother to suit the manufacturing process
- The screw holes in the spacer to be drilled with the trim as template
- Original screws and washers to be used. Check that the screws do not touch the glass. Screw are not included
